REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
We take pride in our products and want you to be happy with your purchase.
No Returns on Beauty & Hygiene Items
For hygiene reasons, beauty, cosmetic, and personal care items cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Return Conditions
Approved returns must:
- Be unopened and unused
- Be in original packaging
- Be returned within 7 days of approval
Return courier fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
